Terms and Conditions

Provision of WIFI and Power: The applicant must ensure that a reliable WIFI connection and a standard New Zealand plug are available at the designated location.

Location Approval: Placement of the machine is subject to an initial assessment and approval by our team. We reserve the right to decline applications based on suitability and feasibility.

Maintenance and Servicing: Our team will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of the vending machine. The applicant agrees to provide reasonable access to our team for these purposes.

Operational Support: The applicant agrees to support the operation of the vending machine by ensuring that the location remains accessible during the agreed operating hours.

Liability: The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our company from any claims arising from the operation of the vending machine at the designated location.

No Contract: There is no binding contract for the placement of the vending machine. The applicant can request the removal of the machine at any time, and we will arrange for its removal within 4 to 6 weeks of the request.

Ownership: The Pizza Express Vending Machine is owned by Pizza Express Limited. No one else can claim ownership of the machine, unless we provide ownership or franchise.

No Commissions, Fees, or Rent: We do not provide any kind of commissions, fees, or rent. If you require such arrangements, please discuss this with our team.
